Spoke w/ consumer and resolved the matter. She's been a customer since and we would never want a customer not to feel satisfied with their order. We have made plans with this consumer to do another mailing.Donnie Martin

As a result we will be requesting a sample so that we can review with our corporate partners and printing team to eliminate this issue in the future. Also we will be glad to send the customer 600 of our Peel n' Stick calendars for fast replacement as she requested.
