I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Throughout the reply, the owner has lied, pure and simple. I had just recently gotten a new phone and had been practicing keeping a video log of where I had been due to the person [redacted] mentioned making complaints of me following her and being in places I couldn't have been due to work and other appointments. Bob [redacted] was there, [redacted] was not. I said Hello, in a pleasant manner, nothing more, never once did I raise my voice. [redacted] waited on me, not the owner. It had surely not been a year since I had been there, and my family did go there at least twice a month when it was known as [redacted]'s and under different ownership, and was a truly great place to go. You can clearly hear the mixer being used in the video I have. You can clearly hear where I sent the gravy back as cold. It was microwaved and sent out with a caution as too hot. You can hear parts of a conversation regarding myself as well when the phone rings. No one in the diner, nor the owner was ever threatened in any way. I went to the register to pay, without a ticket as I wasn't given one, gave Angela $2.00 tip, and [redacted] followed me out. I realized my phone was still on when I went took my phone off of my shoulder in my car.  The ENTIRE encounter was recorded, though the video was not captured as my phone was on my shoulder. As I said, I had not yet mastered my new phone.  All comments in this response by the owner of Franks about the [redacted]s and [redacted] will now be included in the court process, along with other detrimental actions by [redacted]. This complaint cannot be settled, as we did receive a notice from the owner's attorney, who just so happened to be there when the health inspector showed up. How convenient. I never received a call from the health inspector as stated in this response. My wife, and anyone acting for us, was included in that letter banning me from Frank's as well, and she didn't step foot in the place. Our attorney has been made aware of this, the recording, and this response. There is no reason for this treatment, I was discriminated against for reasons known only to the owner. Her continuing accusations against me for doing what I have a right to do, when I have proof, should reflect on her.

Below is my client's response to the complaint as narrated by [redacted] the manager:Mr. [redacted] came into Frank's Diner on Friday, August 7, 2015 at 8:05am (the diner opens at 8:00am). Prior to this date, Mr. [redacted] had not been in the diner for over a year. Prior to that it was over six months; Mr. [redacted] does not frequent our diner two times a month as he stated. Further, our diner has only been opened since 2011.As background information, I have regular customers who come into the diner nearly every day for breakfast. Two of those customers are Bob & [redacted] who are currently in a custody battle for their grandson, [redacted]. Mr. & Ms. [redacted] had custody up until about a month ago; right about the same time as this event.On August 7th, Mr. [redacted] came into my diner while Mr. & Ms. [redacted] were there with their grandson, [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] became verbally abusive, yelling at [redacted] was noticeably upset and near tears with Mr. [redacted]'s behavior. Mr. & Ms. [redacted] quickly removed [redacted] from the diner. There were other customers who came into the diner at this time. I decided to personally wait on Mr. [redacted] in hopes to calm him down and to prevent further disruption to my other customers.  Mr. [redacted] ordered a bowl of gravy and a cup of coffee to go. Then after [redacted] left, Mr. [redacted] decided to dine in and added over medium eggs and goetta to his order. Mr. [redacted] was sitting in the first booth next to a wall with his back to the kitchen area. I refilled Mr. [redacted] 's coffee and asked how his meal was and he responded, "Everything is wonderful... ...the gravy was outstanding." Mr. [redacted] finished his breakfast and 1 gave him his check at 8:25am. All prices are clearly marked on his check Mr. [redacted] paid his check and left me a $4.00 tip. We do not give receipts unless requested; Mr. [redacted] did not request a receipt.11611oReal Mr. [redacted] out the diner door and told him not to come back into Frank's Diner. 1 advised him that screaming at any guest was not tolerated. Mr. [redacted] began to raise his voice and argue with me, but I cut him off and said that I have the right to refuse my services to anyone and 1 am refusing him. As 1 walked back into the Diner, Mr. [redacted] yells back, "Thanks for a wonderful breakfast! "I thought that this would be the end of this situation. The same day, Mr. [redacted] filed a complaint with the State of Ohio Board of Health. The inspector came into the diner on August 11, 2015 and found the complaint could not be confirmed. The inspector advised me that he was going to contact Mr. [redacted] to advise the same. The inspector advised me that his supervisor was shocked about the complaint because Frank's Diner has been awarded the "Clean Kitchen" award for the past two years. The very next day, Mr. [redacted] filed the complaint with your agency. The Revdex.com, alleging the same Acts.Mr. [redacted] complained about the egg scrambling machine not being cleaned; the diner had just opened and had not used the machine yet that day as no one had ordered scrambled eggs. It is cleaned every evening during closing and as needed throughout the day per Ohio Board of Health Guidelines. His complaint is unfounded.Air. [redacted] complained about dirty carpets. As per the inspection done on August 11, 2015 by the State of Ohio Board of Health, the carpets were not dirty. This complaint is unfoundedMr. [redacted] complained about his food being cold The gravy is made fresh every morning and we opened at 8:00am, the gravy was just made. Mr. [redacted] came in at 8:05am and left at 8:25am. Mr. [redacted] did not ask for his gravy to be reheated nor did he make any comment about his breakfast. Mr. [redacted] was the fourth customer that day, after Mr. & Ms. [redacted] and [redacted].Mr. [redacted] never commented on his breakfast and left a $4.00 tip for his service; well above the 20% customary tip. All prices are clearly marked on the menu. His charges were as follows:   Goetta & Eggs                         $7.79Bowl of Gravy                          $2.79Coffee                                  �... $ 1 . 59 Subtotal: Tax: $12.17 .85          Total                           $13.02Mr. [redacted] is an angry man because he and his wife are in a custody battle with one of my regular customers. After Mr. & Ms. [redacted] lost custody they have begun to harass anyone that is friends of Mr. & Ms. [redacted]. I have learned that Mr. & Ms. [redacted] have lodged several complaints against Mr. & Ms. [redacted] at their companies; which are also unfounded.Clearly, as evident in this narrative, my client has done nothing to violate any business practice or law. Frank's Diner will riot be refunding Mr. [redacted]'s money nor will he be receiving an apology. Mr. [redacted] did not have any problems with his meal or service at Frank's Diner until after he was told not to come back due to his own behavior.It is my client's position that this is a continuing line of harassment by Mr. & Ms. [redacted] and my client will pursue legal action if the harassment continues.If you have any questions or need any additional information, please contact me at any time.Sincerely,[redacted]CC [redacted], Frank's Diner
