Review: On 8/10/2014, I placed an order with the closeout store (order #100001335). When received, it was missing merchandise. After contacting customer service, I was told my missing merchandise would be shipped. It never was. After contacting them again, I was told I would receive a refund. I never have. I have contacted them EIGHT times, and have no resolution to this issue.Desired Settlement: I would like the refund I was told I would receive.

Review: Lids is a sports clothing company which offers team specific clothing items. My daughter (12 years old) plays volleyball for the Revolution Volleyball Academy in Scottsdale AZ. Revolution (RVA) contracted with Lids to supply team specific T-shirts, sweat shirts and the like for their team. We ordered by clicking on a team link which then displayed sports clothing items specific to my daughters 12 year old volleyball club. The items offered sizes from sm on up. However, everyone assumed the clothing sizes where age appropriate as there was nothing advertised or stated that they were not. I ordered my daughter a small long sleeve T-shirt and hooded sweat shirt (Order ID# [redacted], Sales Order# [redacted]) at a total cost of $58.88. After a little over a month we received our items only to find they where huge. I inspected the sizing tag to find they were Men's small. I followed Lids.com return/exchange police by immediately contacting them by email. I received a return email saying they would do nothing as the items were custom. I replied with the fact the items are for men and they were selling them to a 12 year old girls volleyball team and that the sizing information never indicated we were ordering men's clothing for 12 year old girls.Desired Settlement: Get the right size clothes.

Then when our actual order came, it was without the team jerseys sizes Medium and Large because they were on back order.

Review: Purchased two items (team shirt and football gloves).... have made numerous attempts to contact company to let them know the products have never arrived... no response. The monies for the items has been deducted from my account by the company. Order#...590787 and 599169. As of last night I no longer can access by account on Lids ...website. I would appreciate any assistance... total purchases totaled $73.00. Thank youDesired Settlement: I would prefer receipt of items.... if this is not possible the refund of monies paid in good faith to this company. Thank you
