After reviewing the account as well as the customers complaint we do see that the customer requested to cancel his service on 10/24/16 with ticket number [redacted] although this was completed the account did not close until 11/3/2016 which was 2 days after the customers bill cycle on 1/1/2016. have issued credit to the customers account of $67.51 with credit request number [redacted]. I have spoken with Mr.[redacted] and explained to him the bill as well as the credit that we have issued. I have also emailed the customer the information including my direct number if any further issues arise.

We have reviewed the account in question. Their contract requires a 60 day notice for cancellation. Unfortunately that timeframe was not met with the original cancellation request on 2/28/17 as their contract renewed on 3/20/17. I have talked with the customer this morning regarding the...

account. The customer has paid their invoices through November 2017. Since the account was not canceled there were regulatory fees added to the monthly amounts that the customer paid in December. We have agreed to credit and or waive all charges beyond the November invoice. I have issued a credit of $80.16 for the December 2017 invoice. The system will generate a final invoice now that the account is closed. I have advised the customer to disregard this invoice as I will follow up to credit those charges in January as well. I have also issued an additional credit of $114.13 to offset the additional charges billed each month that would not have been incurred with a simple ETF fee.
