This issue was escalated to our business office manager who called the patient and resolved the matter with her immediately. Unfortunately, due to the nature of HIPAA, I am unable to give details but the issue has been resolved to the patient's satisfaction. Additionally, I also called
and left a voicemail for the patients providing her with my personal cell number in case she has any further questions or concerns

Concerning: your facility at 22906 U.S. Highway 281 N #108, San Antonio, TX 78258

1. I have heart failure and an AICD in my chest due to viral cardiomypoathy, and diabetes type II, among other things.

2. My wife and I were seen at your clinic recently, separately, for the same symptoms. I had it first; I gave it to my wife. REMEMBER THAT; it is contagious.

3. Your 'medical professional' was reluctant to give either of us antibiotics. Your medical personnel always seem to say 'it's a virus' or 'it's likely allergies'. They were informed that both my wife and I have had pneumonia histories, too. I was given Augmentin, somewhat reluctantly by your 'medical professional'; my wife got something else. ? Anyway, nine (9) days later, sicker, we ended up at our own physician; a real live doctor. He laughed when we told him about what we were given. We had both been diagnosed as pneumonia or close to it and put on Levaquin, and both of us ARE resolving; not thanks to you.

4. Guess what? Our daughter caught the bug! So she went to your facility today and, once again, the NP on call said the usual 'it's likely allergies or a virus', Informed by my daughter of the necessity to NOT re-pass this back to me, her critically ill father, he reluctantly gave her a Z-pack (which is a joke for this, according to our doctor) BUT that Z-pack may not be filled for three days! IS HE GOING TO PAY FOR THE WAGES MY WIFE, DAUGHTER AND I LOST AND WILL LOSE FROM THIS ILLNESS?

WHY do NP's in particular lack the ability to use common sense? In a house where there is someone literally fighting for his life, do you not take extra measures to protect the infirm?

I wouldn't send my DOG to you!
