Tailors are professional and accommodating
Imparali tailors just don't disappoint me. We will be having an event so I need some adjustments in my suit because I lost some weight. I visited them, and they are very professional and accommodating. During the fitting and checking my current measurements, my tailor asks if I am already okay with the fit. I had a great time at my appointment and will return to avail myself of their suit customization.

1) When the customer came in for the jacket we showed him what we are able to do by pinning him up, this was a hand me down from the customers father in law and he wanted to fit it as best as possible, which is what we did, he wanted it even tighter and our rep said if we do the pockets of the jacket will be too close to the seam, this jacket is over plus years old and was two sizes too big, there is so much we can do to salvage it, during the initial fitting I did relay this too him, but he must have forgot since between the initial fitting and when he picked up was almost a full calendar yearHe did mention it's either altering to the best of our ability or he's going to have to throw it away and which he didn't want to do2) Again I haven't heard anything about what we did wrong with the pants, what part was wrong, I've offered a solution to where we have security present or offering to pay the mailing back and fourth Also The receipt and a breakdown was given to him, if it wasn't he wouldn't be aware that the above alteration jacket was $as he mentioned in the email I apologize for the delayed response, due to the recent Hurricane I have been in Houston volunteering my time and resources and haven't been checking emails often, but again this will not be ignored just delayed so please excuse the tardiness Matt

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Imparali still refuses to provide a refund for the clothing that was ruined due to poor tailoringI'm not arguing about Imparali's service prior to this incident, however that is separate and apart from this incidentPlease see below.1) I'm not asking for a refund of the custom shirts, simply the botched tailoring so that I can take this tailoring to a new tailor to fix the clothes so they can still be wornIt's 000's of dollars of clothes that I'd like to still be able to wearImparali has offered to try fixing the clothingHowever, a) I don't trust Imparali's tailoring skills due to this recent incident, b) I no longer work in the area, it's over hr out the way for me, and c) I don't feel comfortable or safe visiting Imparali due to Matt's aggressive emails after I initially contacted him about this incidentHis store is in a dark office with no windows and not much foot traffic, it's just not safe given his recent tone. 2) I have still yet to see a receipt with a proper breakdown of my purchaseI thought this was in the bag when I left the store, but it wasn'tI've asked Imparali multiple times for this but they have yet to provide it. Imparali told me via email that if I want the receipt I have to come to their store to pick it upAgain, I don't feel safe going to Imparali to pick up the receipt, due to, what I felt was a hostile response from MattI don't feel that my request is unreasonableI'm simply asking for the following:1) A refund of the botched tailoring so I can get the tailoring fixed elsewhere.2) A copy of the receipt so I can know exactly how much of a refund I'm owned Thank you.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:It is important to note that there are two separate issues here.1) The sport coat - The employee who was in the store when I picked up the jacket clearly told me that they couldn't tailor the jacket as much as they needed to make it fit, and there was nothing more that could be doneIn a case where Imparali identifies that they won't be able to tailor the jacket enough to make it fit, they should not have done anythingI was told there is nothing more to be done with the jacket, I even tried it on for the associate and he told me there was no more that could be doneI don't understand how a merchant can charge $for a tailoring job they knew wouldn't fit. 2) The pants - Other than my safety concerns, I simply do not trust Imparali's tailoring abilitiesI'd like to get these pants fixed by a different tailorIf a pair of pants is tailored over and over again, they get ruinedI have no reason to believe that Imparali's tailoring this time around would be any better than the recent job. So, I'm asking for a refund of the jacket tailoring and the pantsThe jacket (~$2,500) value is ruined and the pants need to be taken to a new tailor to fix. I'd still like a copy of the receipt, Imparali has yet to provide

This customer came into the office about a year ago for tailoring, when he came in he brought some alterations that needed to be done a jacket and some pants, He has been a previous client of ours via custom clothing. He bought several custom shirts and we decided instead of paying for the shirts...

when he picked up he can pay for them when he picks up the alterations. The alterations were brought in on 11/**/16 and were completed on 12/*/16. We have made attempts to contact him but he didn't come by to pick up the tailoring. Our policy is usually 90 days of holding garments because of spacing. Since we have had a good relationship with him in the past we decided to hold on to his clothing for a little longer. Then on 7/**/17 we decided to give him a final reminder that we're going to have to donate the clothing (keep in mind at this point we have no collected a deposit and the tailoring has been done, and still has a balance for the custom shirts he had picked up and never paid for) on 7/** he mentioned he was coming in on Friday (7/**) to pick up the remaining items. That Friday we waited but he never showed up on 7/** he said he will be coming in on 8/*. Our store hours are from 10-7 and we are by appointment only, he arrives towards closing and ask to try on his clothing. We of course let him and have no issues with that.  He was given a break down of the balance of the total for everything, which was shirts and tailoring. the total was 1301.06 the alterations was 386.51 and the remaining was the custom shirts.  6 days later on 7/*/17 he claimed he has issues with the clothing and said we lost a pair of pants of his(but never brought it to our attention on 8/*). We have never been accused of losing an item and since this alteration was done several months ago and the customer didn't pick up within a reasonable time, we feel he must have plain forgot about where he left the pants.  I have made several attempts to have the customer call me at and see why the pants were so bad 6 days later when he tried on everything and paid on 8/*. I told him repeatedly I'd be happy to remedy the situation and but he's unwilling to call me he is admin about refunding without an explanation and threaten to reverse a chargeback along with writing negative reviews and contacting Revdex.com. if the tailoring was so so bad I'm not sure why he would pick them up in the first place. As for a detailed statement I have told him to come by our office to pick up an itemized bill, but he refuses. I am not sure how much more I can do as he seems like he doesn't want to fix the issue.  I've been in Business for over 11 years and as you can see on my track record I don't have issues about complaints and I feel this customer doesn't represent the customer service and quality we are about.   Thanks,Matt
