Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] What Ms [redacted] ISN'T disclosing is that the documentation detailing when the weapon could be retrieved was inside the Weapon Case which was secured inside HER SAFE(In all honesty, that wasn't her faultAs I expected no difficulties with the transaction, I placed the documentation in the caseI shouldn't have trusted her.) Her guidance was not specific and was explained vaguely which generated the misunderstandingYet from that, she labeled me as "unstable" even though all my actions indicated otherwiseAlso, her email conveniently arrived AFTER I expressed I had no desire to conduct further business with herThat's when she welched on the deal, she should have, as a minimum either delivered the weapon or my refund upon request; (I state this because I gave her CASH for the transaction/less initial deposit.) She did neitherNo other business operates that way? I had to make two trips to her location accompanied by Law Enforcement for MY protection as she is armed at all times I have no desire to fence further with this Business; I do however feel the only issue was that I held her accountable for not explaining policy with clarityAnd although I cannot prove it, I think her motives were racialShe saw an opportunity to be mean and she absolutely acted upon itAdditionally, she has my personal information on file; my SSAN, Driver's License Info, Credit Card Info and my Military ID CardSince no weapon was ever delivered, she has NO RIGHT to my personal infoShould I become a victim of ID theft, I will certainly direct Law Enforcement in her direction.I do request that the file is close but I respectfully request my complaint remain on your website in it's entirety Thank you, [redacted] , **
