In regards to above claim, as stated before, we are a manufacture not a retailer We do not sell to individualsWe sold to [redacted] & Associates in [redacted] , [redacted] where he said he purchased the bedding in questionHad [redacted] still been in business, this would not be a problem for him, however: since [redacted] is out of business, it is his responsibility to get the mattress to our factory for repair or replacementI have not seen proof of purchase of above mentioned bedding, nor pictures stating the model and the visual reason for complaintAs stated in our warranty which I sent a copy of in our last response, it has been our policy for years that the individual is responsible for getting the merchandise to our factory either through the dealer from which merchandise was purchased or by the individual himselfI believe you will find this true with all other companiesEither, you return it to the store you purchased the item from or return it to the factoryThe merchandise must be returned to the manufacturer one way or anotherThe claimant stated that it would cost him over $to get the mattress to our factory in Huntington, WVI checked with [redacted] Freight Line and they gave me a quote of $to get the mattress to our factoryI suggest he call [redacted] Freight Line This was today's quote: [redacted] 's number is [redacted] lb (boxes) matt& box springs Class From zip code: [redacted] *** Round trip to get a new or refurbished year old mattress for is a really good dealWe cannot and will not refund money that we did not get in the first place and I don't know what else I can do in this situationAll of his request are unrealistic!

Technical: Warranty
I purchased a [redacted] King Mattress and Box Spring set at [redacted]
Furniture in [redacted] in 2002. The mattress is sagging
excessively and needed to be replaced after only 12 years and it has a
20 year warranty. Since [redacted] Furniture is no longer in business please
advise what I should do with the mattress and box spring set to collect
the warranty. Thank you.

This company clearly knows how to avoid honoring their warranty.  I don't know anyone who would ship a mattress 800 miles at their own expense without any assurance of anything in return.  I would like the company to honor their warranty and help me recover financially from their defective product.   I am requesting a check for $1000 - the approximate cost of a King Pillow Top Mattress.

policy for 46 years that the individual is responsible for getting the
merchandise to our factory either through the dealer from which merchandise was
purchased or by the individual himself. I believe you will find this true with
all other companies. Either, you return it to the store you purchased the item
from or return it to the factory. The merchandise must be returned to the
manufacturer one way or another. The claimant stated that it would cost him
over $1000 to get the mattress to our factory in Huntington, WV. I checked with [redacted] Freight Line and they gave me a quote of $114.30 to get the
mattress to our factory. I suggest he call [redacted] Freight Line.

today's quote: [redacted]'s
number is [redacted] 220 lb (3 boxes) 1 matt. & 2 box springs Class 100    From
zip code: [redacted]  
Round
trip to get a new or refurbished 12 year old mattress for 228.60 is a really
good deal. We cannot and will not refund money that we did not get in the first
place and I don't know what else I can do in this situation. All of his request
are unrealistic!
