customer with providing them with our insurance information anyway nut even the insurance company denied the claim because they dont beleive the liquid pn the computer came from tbe window tint installation. The customer stated the computer was in a case also, which would have prevented any moisture from entering the computer. The vehicle has 2 speakers on the back deck which would have failed if they would have neen wet with that much moisture. Another thing is the customer stated she found an orange liquid in the trunk and on the computer. The liquid we use to tint the window is water with green 3% palmolive soap. We have absolutely no orange liquid. Another thing that makes us beleive that this would not happen at the time of installation is that we do use a mist nozzel for the liquid. There is a max amount of 2oz. used to do the job. The pictures of the computer that the insurance company sent us shows it to be very very wet. We beleive something else in the trunk or at another location could have been spilled on it because if it was in a computer case or bag 2oz of liquid could not have went from the glass through the plastic tint through the rear deck through the speakers through the computer bag ithrough the case into a closed computer and finally into a computer.  So I hope you all at Revdex.com see our dilema, Thank you for your time.

Everytime the customer came in the unit worked perfect. We even offered to replace it all just so she would be happy but instead she decided to cuss us out and make a very big scene at the busimess. I could understand it if the system we installed did not work but everytime she came in it worked...

perfectly fine with absolutely no problems. She needed maximum protection from her son in law so we added sensors and pin switches to protect her vehicle. Ungortunately we cannot go out to her home and watch her car for her so he will not damage it.
