Absolutely terrible doctors office. I go because of its location. Every time I call they forward me to voice mail and they constantly mess up my prescriptions. I am CONTINUOUSLY leaving them voice mails, never getting anything resolved, having to drive to their office, and spending a lot of time on the phone with pharmacist. Every month they do something to screw up and make me drive to their office to fix it. They have never sent my prescriptions to the right pharmacy. When they do send my prescriptions to pharmacies there is always something that causes a delay; my doctors office constantly misspells my name and never gets my birth date correct. It is a circus more than a doctors office. If you have a lot of time and patience and enjoy doing remedial tasks over and over again I highly recommend you give Imperial a shot.","neg-1
