Review: Imperial Cleaners lost one of my suit jackets on Nov. 15, 2013. I reported this to them on the same day and was told to check back in a few days so they could search the facility. When the jacket was not found, I was told to wait 30 days per their policy. The hope is that someone will return it within that time period. I was also told that the owner determines if a customer will be reimbursed. I contacted them again after 30 days and left a voice message for the owner to call me but he has not returned my call. In fact, he has never returned my calls. In one instance, he asked that his daylight person call me.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the entire suit since I cannot wear the skirt without the jacket.

We have resolved the issue reported by [redacted] in regards to a lost suit jacket by offering her store credit for the amount of the whole suit, which she accepted as a resolution. She is still a customer of Imperial Cleaners and everything has been resolved.
