Review: I had a loan financed thru Imperial Credit. I never received the title to my motorcycle. The motorcycle has since been totaled in an accident. I have made numerous attempts to contact the owner to get the title. My insurance agent has also made numerous attempts contact them. He suggested filing a complaint with the Attorney General, which I have also done. I also filed a complaint with the CFPB. I need the title to my motorcycle. The insurance company finally cut a check to me but it is also made payable to Imperial Credit.Desired Settlement: To have the business contact me so I can get the title to my motorcycle !!!!
