Customer BEWARE Imperial Deck and Patios LLC (aka Maryland Decks & Patios)Deck failed inspection with major violationsIvan didn't return texts or callsFinally showed up after we had fixed violations ourselves and addressed the remaining violationsShoddy workmanship barely passed repeat inspection and aesthetics are ridiculousIvan then demanded full balance due or threatened to tear down our deck (which was 2/paid)These guys are complete hacks who don't even know basic building codeSave yourself the pain and hire someone else!
Customer BEWARE Imperial Deck and Patios LLC (aka Maryland Decks & Patios). Deck failed inspection with 4 major violations. Ivan didn't return texts or calls. Finally showed up after we had fixed 2 violations ourselves and addressed the remaining violations. Shoddy workmanship barely passed repeat inspection and aesthetics are ridiculous. Ivan then demanded full balance due or threatened to tear down our deck (which was 2/3 paid). These guys are complete hacks who don't even know basic building code. Save yourself the pain and hire someone else!
