This is the second month in a row that this place has double charged my debit card after taking my monthly payment ! Last month I was told by [redacted] that "it didn't look like it went through so she put it through a second time " I got my money back the next morning. This month. The bank advised me that if she voided the second transaction like she said she did, I would get my money back when they close out their batch. [redacted] assured me that she voided the transaction (giving me trans. # ) and that their batches close out at midnight. That apparently didn't happen because as of right now I don't have my money and both transactions are still pending. This has caused alot of unnecessary stress and I didn't have money I needed for my child this morning because of this !
