Phone Response - Having difficulty finding the matching panels, as previous company is out of businessConrad is willing to install new panels at no labor charge, but because of bankruptcy by supplier, Conrad is not able to supply new panels at no charge
[redacted] responded with: We hit the power line and then due to it being a condo. The lines needs switching, we could not do any work. We needed the okay from the Homeowner Association before we could do work. The power lines were still live. Job is done now, they are in Florida and they will be in next...
week to pay for it next week. Complaint should be resolved.

I spoke to the consumer, and have taken care of his complaint
