Contractor was supposed to remodel Bathroom. He has been using cheap material that doesn't meet the quality we are expecting for the price. His staff quit on him and now he is failing to meet suspense's and when we try to call, email or text he is not responding. He is currently holding over 50% of our money with less than 50% of work.
