First, after years in business, this is the first complaint ever filed against Imperial FlavorsThis is for a reasonWe are a very reputable companyThe only reason you have a complaint from Mr*** is because he owes me money and owes me my equipment returned. I am responding to the
complaint filed by Bruce ***This doesn’t surprise me as he is very unstableBesides myself here at Imperial Flavors, Rose (office manager), Brian (route salesman), Tony (sales manager), and Blake (service tech) have all tried to communicate with Mr*** trying to resolve issues in the past and not one of my employees will have anything to do with Mr*** anymoreHe’s nuts! It stems from an outstanding balance Mr*** has at one of his restaurants, the Main Mill in Menomonee FallsHe has three open invoices dating back to January 28, February 11, and February 25, of 2016, totaling $350.00. One year old now! We have sent him all documentation he has asked for on numerous occasions, and he still makes up one excuse after another as to why he hasn’t paid his bill. We also have soda dispensing equipment there on loan, an invoice we send him on the first of every month reflecting this factHe stopped using our services last summer, never contacted us to remove said equipment, and after numerous attempts to get my equipment removed he finally let me in and low and behold, my equipment is missingHe claims Coca-Cola took it when they were there picking up their equipmentFor some reason Mr*** feels that it is my responsible to get a hold of Coke to recover my equipmentCoke, obviously has told me they do not have them (my soda gun)My loan agreement was with Mr***, not Coca-ColaIt is Mr***’s responsibility to get my equipment returned to me, not Coca-Cola’sBy the way, Mr*** still has an outstanding balance from March of that he has refused to payI am sure that is the purpose of him contacting you. Hopefully this clears the airThank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I'm attaching some messages from Glen that shows who's really unstable.   There were many miscommunication on the billing from the Main Mill last year.  Some of this was hard to track as I was in the middle of switching accounting companies.  Regardless the Bills we were receiving were more than what we were doing at my other stores that did 2-3x more in business.  I then felt payments were being made and new bills continued to surface.  This led me to believe we were being incorrectly charged.  Recently I met with one of the drivers and we made a deal to get us all on the same page that was fair.  This was a different driver from the normal.  He was extremely nice and easy to work with and we agreed that going forward we would call in our orders.  Two weeks later I find out the other driver is still coming and dropping off what he feels we need which was too much product.  Regardless I recently paid the bill to just get rid of this guy as the messages will show.  The rest of the team at Imperial has been very easy to work with, its just been Glen that has really acted unprofessional through all of this.  Glen had no problem the other times retrieving his equipment and getting ahold of me to do so.  Why it took him 8 months to try and get his equipment at the Main Mill is beyond me.  I feel I'm not responsible and its a write off as a loss for him.  For all I know he already came and got the guns and too much time has passed.   The messages I'm sending are just some of the things he does in email or text.  You should hear him on the phone.  I have set up a removal of his equipment from my last store for the February 22nd.  At that time I will send final payment for what is owed at O'Brady's and we will be done.  Him getting this complaint is on him and his unprofessionalism.
