Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My roof is not the cause of new leaks, if that was the case my roof would have been leaking before they cameMy roof was not just leaking on my porch because there were signs along my west wallAnd in addition to that on my paperwork it states years not oneThis person does not take responsibility for doing bad work In his mind it is my roof which does not show any signs of leakage in any other rooms except where this company did workNow I have a new problem which was not the case before they cameThere has always been bad weather and there has not been a problemI noticed some roof tiles has blown off but, my roof did not leak until last year I still have a problem which was caused by bad roof workMore money has to be paid to correct what they have doneHe does not care because he got his money and I am left with a new problem Regards, [redacted]

AND OUR WARRANTY IS FOR YRS, BUT ON AN ENTIRE ROOF NOT A REPAIR, YOU SHOULD CALL YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY YOU WERE IN PATH OF STORM YOU EVEN ADMITTED SHINGLES FLEW OFF

We have spoken extensively at length with the homeowner reagarding the leaking to the home owners roofWe were paid to do a front porch portion which had excessive leaking as you were coming into the homeThis leaking was due to the fact the roof istelf is a (20) year manufactures warranty product which has been on the home going on (30) yearsThis is evident by both the fact the homewoner has stated the knowledge of the roofs age and the condition the roof is inAll roof repairs made by our company are covered by a (1) year workmanship warrantly we proudly stand behind all work we guaranteeWe have stated to the homeowner numerous times that a roof replacement is greatly needed for the home which the home owner has admitted she needsThe front porch portion our company has replaced has resloved the problem of excessive water flooding into that area however the homoner is now experienceing more leaks in different areas inside her homeTry as we might to explain the severity of rain and hail storms we have had in the San Antonio area that most homewoners are contacting thier insurance companies for the catastrophe we just experiencedThe leaks in the home are being caused by the need for a new roof throught the entire house

your side entry door was picked up and paintedpainted and ready for install you picked wrong the way swinging door ,you bought another door and gave me an invoice for another set of doors which was the wrong store on other side of town wasted hours driving and waiting till you
straitened outfinally you figured you sent me to wrong placethen on sunday you demanded for me to pick it up on sunday saying im not leaving till you pick up door I picked up door AGAINST MY WIFES WISHES! PAINTED THE DOOR YOU MADE MISTAKE ON and installed also painted and installed rear entry door painted and installed your front entry doors as soon as we arrrived with your freshly painted doors your dog ran across the doors twice and you said nothing now wind blows something you hang on door and scracthes it and you think you should get paid those doors were painted with paint you gave me remember I ran out of that and you were suppossed to pay for paint the doors were painted for free and you know thatyou will not get from me ion fact you owe us acts of god are not covered

she called to complain about a leaking roof , we went to her home she was not there and whoever she rents the place to said they did not have a leak and would not let us in I called her told her what happenened she gave us another tenant that would let us in I asked her if she would meet
us there so we would not be wasting any ones time she yes she would be glad to . AS EXPECTED WE WENT ON SUNDAY MORNING SHE WAS NOT THERE BUT CALLS ME TO LET ME KNOW SOMEONE WILL LET US IS LONG STORY SHORT SHE NEEDS TO REPAIR HER SIDING IT IS NOT HER ROOFI TOOK PICTURES WAS GOING TO SHOW HER WHAT THE PROBLEM IS I DO NOT WANT TO GO THREW A THIRD OARTY FOR EXPLANATION

Now I have a new problem which was not the case before they came. There has always been bad weather and there has not been a problem. I noticed some roof tiles has blown off but, my roof did not leak until last year 2015. I still have a problem which was caused by bad roof work. I am rejecting this response because: I have contacted this business numerous times via telephone, voice mail, and text messaging to no avail. The business is being evasive. In the response the business sent you , the company implies that this damage may be due recent hail damage is not valid and I need my roof fixed because my dining room still leaks and my patio leaks as well which was not a problem before the roof repair. I need immediate action. The contact person assured me that this problem would be taken care months ago. He was dishonest with me. Please advise what the next step is because I am willing to seek legal intervention to get this matter resolved one way or the other. I need this business to show up at my residence and take care of the problem once and for all. I need the business to commit to a date to finalize the problem to my satisfaction. I should not have to call the business. Please reply as soon as possible. Thanks.

She applied and paid for a standard policy for her rental house. On page 10, the policy reads as follows: Loss Settlement Terms - Subject...

1.Actual Cash Value Terms - Actual cash value includes a deduction for depreciation, however caused. The smallest of the following amounts is used in applying the Loss Settlement Terms:
a. the cost to repair or replace the property with materials of like kind and quality to the extent practical;
b. the actual cash value of the property at the time of the loss; or
c. (applies only to mobile homes) the difference in the actual cash value just before the loss and the actual cash value just after the loss.
The cost of repairs was calculated for the shingles and interior damage. The roofing materials were depreciated at 50% and the interior repairs were depreciated at 24%.
The policy contract was followed.
