About a month ago the customer contacted Josh about the frosted type of glass and was given a price to change them. I do not consider the amount of work previously done for this customer to be a valid reason for this to be considered a warranty issue. The installation for the handles or drawer pulls were not ordered as per the invoice and that is why it was not done.
