On May 2, we purchased an *** * *** ** *** Heat Pump System that had warranty of yr labor and yr parts for $from Imperial Heating & Cooling
We have called Mr*** because the air didn't work after installation in March of (prior to warranty) He didn't get out for a said he needed to order a part and we have never heard from him again We have tried to contact him unsuccessfullyWe don't get a call back or any kind of contact from him
Now temps have dropped and we tried the furnace The furnace will not kick on and we are coming into winter We feel that we paid enough for this 'recommended' system that we should get follow up service while it is still covered under the warranty

The part was ordered late last winter.  There was an issue with getting the order placed, and I unfortunately forgot about it.  The heat pump repair was completed on November 3, 2017, the day after Mrs. [redacted] left a message about the needed repair.  I attempted to contact Mrs....

[redacted] on November 2 after she had left the message, and she instructed me to contact Mr. [redacted], which I did.  I apologized to him for the delay.  Arrangements were made for the neighbor to let me in to complete the repair.  I left a voice mail with Mrs. [redacted] apologizing and to let her know when the job was done.  I spoke a second time to Mr. [redacted] and apologized again to him.  I recommended to him during that call that he have an electrician repair their electrical box, which had caused the furnace to stop working that day.  The neighbor that let me in advised me that he was an electrician and they would take care of.  I have heard nothing from them since that last conversation.  To my knowledge, everything should be working properly at this time.  Please note there was a delay in Revdex.com notifying us because they were sending notification by mail to our former address.  We were notified by phone today.Thank you.

On a recommendation I called Imperial Heating for service on our heat pump. Mr. S[redacted] returned my call and said he would be here on January 28, 2016. Mr. S[redacted] arrived as promised and replaced a defective defrost control panel on our heat pump. The part was under warranty and we paid him $184.00 for his service. On February 15th I saw that our heat pump was having the same problem as before. I called Mr. S[redacted] and he said he would be back on February 18th to replace the sensor. He arrived on Feb. 18th, replaced the sensor (another part under warranty) and charged us nothing. At this point we were very satisfied with the service we had received and would be recommending Mr. S[redacted]' business to others. However, on Feb. 26th I had to call him with the news that our heat pump was still not defrosting. He seemed agitated and said he would have to call the company ([redacted]) and see what they suggested. On March 1st I had not heard back from him, so I called him. He said that [redacted] had told him that possibly the control panel he had initially used was bad and he should replace it again. He said he would return on March 2nd or 3rd to replace the part. Again he sounded agitated. He did not show up on March 2nd or 3rd. On March 7th and 8th I tried numerous times to call Mr. S[redacted]s. He did not answer his phone and now his voicemail is not setup. On March 9th I called him from a different phone number than our home phone. He answered. I asked him if there was a reason that he was not coming back to replace the part. He said he would come the next day (March 10th) and replace the part. He did not come that day and we have not heard from him. I believe that 3 weeks is long enough to wait to have a bad part replaced and no communication from Mr. S[redacted] during that time tells me that he does not intend to return and complete the repair he began.

STAY AWAY FROM IMPERIAL HEATING AND AIR SACRAMENTO!

BRIAN WILL NOT STAND BEHIND HIS 10 YEAR WARRANTY AFTER ONLY 4 YEARS. I HAD TO GET SOMEONE ELSE TO REPAIR HIS WORK AND HAD TO PAY THEM FULL PRICE, DO NOT TRUST BRIAN AND IMPERIAL.
