We have resolved the issue for the customer and paid her remaining balance
In response to the complaint submitted; Imperial Highline prides ourselves on our customer service and our willingness to go above and beyond for our customersIn regards to this claim, the customer purchased this vehicle "AS-Is" with no warranty offered through our dealershipThe customer signed
and acknowledged on at least (three) different documents that they were indeed purchasing the vehicle "AS-Is"Again, we do not turn our backs on our customers, and as a customer service good-will we drove an hour and half to hand deliver the vehicle to the customerThe customer never physically visited the dealership and inspected the vehicleIt was purchased sight unseen and again at the time of delivery signed for and agreed upon that it was an "AS-Is" purchasePurchasing assets such as vehicles, homes, etcsight unseen is not an educated or advised consumer practice, yet and still the customer preferred this methodUpon the delivery of the vehicle the customer was satisfied and signed all the documents to complete the saleAfter driving the vehicle for roughly (three) weeks the customer called asking us to fix "issues" that were not present during the time of deliveryWe do not turn our backs on our customersWe AGAIN sent employees on a hour and a half drive as a customer service good-will to assist this customer with those repairs, even though the vehicle was purchased "As-Is" and these conditions were not pre-existing at the time we delivered the vehicleWe have gone above and beyond within reason to help this customerI am not sure what else we could do aside from gifting the customer with a brand new vehicle delivered straight from the Germany factory floor. Additionally, in regards to the resolution sought out by the customer, I am not sure how we could comply with that when taking into account the customer no longer has possession of the vehicle.If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at your earliest convenience
