Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below At no point was I ever taken into an exam room to see the x-rayThe office was busy that day and the two exam rooms they have had patients in themThe doctor merely came out and told me the x-ray was fineBut I was never shown itDon't believe me? To Whom It May Concern:The following represents a truthful account of our encounter with Ms. [redacted], who presented with her pet [redacted] to this clinic on 12/21/17 describing symptoms of frequent urination and excessive thirst. The pet was seen by Dr. Mike [redacted], and an initial physical exam was...

performed in the exam room, with the client present. Based on Dr. [redacted]'s examination, and after listening to the owner describe the dog's symptoms, he suggested that laboratory and diagnostic tests would be helpful in ruling in or ruling out specific underlying conditions that might account for the pet's symptoms. The proposed studies were blood work, urinalysis, and x-ray. These tests were a recommendation only, and Ms. [redacted] was in no way pushed or hurried into accepting them. She was told the purpose of the tests and their respective costs. Dr. [redacted] explained that the blood and urine specimens would be sent out to a lab for analysis and results would be available the next day. Ms. [redacted] chose to proceed and consented to the recommended studies. She then waited in the lobby while the services were being rendered.Once completed, Dr. [redacted] brought the client back into the exam room and showed her the findings on X-ray. At no time did she express any dissatisfaction with our care of her pet, treatment course, or charges. She took [redacted] home and was asked to call us the next morning for the lab results. On 12/22/17 we spoke to Ms. [redacted] by phone and relayed the laboratory findings on [redacted]. At no time did she raise any questions or grievances about the services we had rendered or charged for. She requested a copy of the lab report, which we mailed to her on 1/24/18.In summary, the services performed on Ms. [redacted]'s dog were done so with her full consent, awareness, and understanding of the suggested outline of care. Accordingly, we dismiss Ms. [redacted]'s complaint as unfounded and baseless and maintain that no monetary refund is due her. We stand by our position that all aspects of the services carried out were clearly communicated, in advance to the client, and were not performed without her expressed permission.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
At no point was I ever taken into an exam room to see the x-ray. The office was busy that day and the two exam rooms they have had patients in them. The doctor merely came out and told me the x-ray was fine. But I was never shown it. Don't believe me? Check your lobby cameras or ask the receptionists who saw me sitting in the lobby for 40 minutes. I also requested a copy of the x-ray be sent to me with the lab results, which Dr. [redacted] told me I would receive (I have this on a recorded line), and I never received. He also NEVER gave me any explanation as to why the x-ray was needed in the first place. As of now,I have no proof at all that an x-ray even took place. The "Full physical exam" that the doctor claims to have given my dog was also just taking his temperature. Didn't look into his eyes. Didn't take his heart rate( though somehow he claims to have this written on the chart). I know he didn't do this because my dog was aggravated and would not let Dr. [redacted] touch him. I also see they mentioned two times they spoke to me, but they neglected to leave out the several times that I called their office and never had a call rreturned to me in an effort to resolve this before taking this to the Revdex.com. I believe I spoke with a Margo the last time. I was requesting the information of the management corporation, or any corporation in charge of this clinic. She said she'd call me the next morning and I am still waiting, weeks later. Obviously no one in this office cares to attempt to help a customer with an unsatisfactory experience and pushes them to this kind of action.  I am requesting the refund of 295 for treatments that were NOT needed and I think Dr. [redacted] knew this. He is using his position of being a doctor to take advantage of his patients and issue unnecessary treatments and medications. Just read all the reviews online! If this is not resolved with the Revdex.com I will then contact the baord that issues the medical license and ensure that this doctor takes advantage of no one else.
Regards,
