Response:Mr. [redacted], customer, is under the impression we were contract** to repair their ceiling inside of the home due to a leaky roof. The original contract had nothing to do with repairing the ceiling. A leak did occur due to drip **ging not being able to sustain gale force winds which in...

turn drove rain under the **ging and caus** a leak. [redacted] did a site visit to assess the damage and found the issue with the roof. Following that inspection we had sent oen of our contractors to make appropriate repairs. The contractor was specifically instruct** to not touch the ceiling as ** had all ready seen the damage and assess** it to be no more worse than before we had start** the work.Our contractor for safety reasons decid** to remove the panel which was hanging off the ceiling due to the panel being in such poor condition and could not be fix**. Imperial Home Remodeling was never contract** to repair ceiling and prior damage. The leak which had occurr** caus** no further damage to the homeowners ceiling.
