Hi there, my name is *** and I live on the condominium in Imperial Oaks with the address *** XXXXX.
On the December 24 2019 at 11:06 AM I reported a leaking on my guests bathroom, firstly to my agent Matthew M. (Matt) so he provided me a number of the association and I called there reported the problem, they told me to wait for like 4-5 days till someone get there to check the bathroom because it was holiday. Someone showed up there looked the bathroom and they said is coming from upstairs and they will fix it. Couple weeks went by and nobody shows up to do anything till I complained again at HOA, finally they send someone at the mid-January they open a huge hole in the sealing the same size as the bathroom shower and they found the issue that was leaking from upstairs and they promised that they will find someone to come and fix it. Since then its been over a month and no action was taken. February 14th I got call by guy named Dave he came to look it up with another guy, and they told me that hey need a week to have it fixed upstairs and downstairs so Saturday 22ndsomeone was supposed to be there and no show no call they are not even answering my calls.
So, at this point I'm very disturbed and not comfortable living at this place. The whole place stinks, my wife is having headache and anxiety from the smell. We are also scared to live because the sealing is open, and anything can happen a mouse can get in; snake can get In and cause more problems. We were expecting family to visit us this week, so we told them to find a hotel or not even to come because the place is not livable.
This is the second time that we are getting disturbed and not comfortable, first was last year with the mold in the condo, that one took 2-3 months to get fixed and now this issue. I want to let you know so im not going to make any further payments until this issue is fixed.

Please be advised that our firm serves as counsel to Imperial Oaks Condominium Association, Inc.
("Association"). We are providing this correspondence to you on behalf of our client regarding the above referenced complaint.
Mr. (the "Complainant"), is not a "consumer", as that term is defined (an individual who purchases and uses products and services). The Complainant is merely an owner of a condominium unit and a member of the Association. Pursuant to Florida Statutes, the Condominium Association is
operated by its elected Board of Directors, who, after properly meeting and voting on issues, direct the affairs of the Association.
As you can see, the Complainant is not a "consumer" of products or services from the Association. Therefore, the Revdex.com does not have proper jurisdiction over this dispute. Any attempt to disparage the credibility of Imperial Oaks Condominium Association, Inc. based on the above referenced complaint will be challenged in a court of appropriate jurisdiction.
