Review: This is the first time I used this cleaners. I dropped off my dry cleaning. She gave me no slip or total. She discussed some prices. Then I went to pick it up and the total was $ 180.00. SHe said she did not realize what I had dropped off at the time and some of the pieces were $ 16- $17 per piece. She could of told me this up front as I would not of left my cleaning there. I feel that this was a business tactic used to get me to go there since they do not receive much business. Also, they have a low rating on [redacted] for their business tactics and services.Desired Settlement: they need to work with me on this order of $ 180.00 as a first time customer. And they need to give customers an approximate total up front instead of waiting due to they know their prices are way too high.

To Whom It May Concern:First, I am so very sorry to hear that we have received a "Complaint" from our customer. All imperial Cleaners employees strive everyday to be as loyal and fair to our customers, as any business should. According to the complaint filed on July 10,2015,I feel there was a big misunderstanding of the dry-cleaning business. The customer that came into our location stated she had never had her clothes laundered and or dry-cleaned and was in a hurry at time of drop off, therefore leading to the customer not waiting for the employee to put her garments in the computer to be able to provide her with a copy of the invoice which states the type, amount, and price of her garments. Should she have waited we would have been able to go by our prodigal of business which includes the customer having an invoice which none of this issues arisen if the customer would have unfortunately not been in a hurry and had to leave prior creating such documentation. As far as the pricing of the garments, this customer feels as if we have high pricing, with that being said though I would like her to know she is free to price check other drycleaners in the surrounding areas. We stay up to date on the competitors pricing, as all businesses I'm sure would agree. Imperial Cleaners would also like to make clear we have no reason to use pricing as a "business tactic" for we have been in business for over 15 yrs and continue to have returning, happy satisfied customers. After speaking with this customer she was given a 10% discount on her order for her misunderstanding the business. Again though as I stated in the beginning we treat all our customers with the same loyalty, respect and fairness as this said "complaint" I feel Imperial Cleaners went above and beyond what needed to be done by giving a discount on something we had no wrong doing involvement. The garments were all cleaned to our 100% customer satisfaction policy and returned to store for pick-up on day as promised, as any other customer would receive the same loyalty. Imperial Cleaners hopes this will help any further misunderstanding of this "compliant".
