VillageApartments regarding general complaints with the manager and management of the community.Thank you for bringing this matter to our attentionPer your request, Pacific Village submits thefollowing response to the customer complaint.Pacific Village strives to have a positive relationship with its residentsWe recognize,however, that incidents may arise in which a resident is dissatisfied with our customer service.When such incidents do arise, they can often be a useful tool for both parties to improve theirrelationship with one anotherWe are hopeful that proves to be the case with Resident'scomplaint.The complaint's lynchpin allegation is that the manager at Pacific Village Apartments isallegedly threatening and harassing ResidentPacific Village Apartments disputes and deniesthat allegationOn June 18, 2015, we performed the annual inspection of Resident's apartment.During that inspection, we discovered substantial damages to the apartment, including, withoutlimitation, broken closet doors, broken bedroom door, and broken linen closet doorsInaddition, we noted that the apartment was extremely dirty and needed to be cleanedFollowingthat inspection, we issued to Resident the written Apartment Inspection Findings.The annual inspection performed of Resident's apartment is not unique to Resident, butrather is required of all residentsAlthough Resident may be disappointed that we discovered thedamages to her apartment during this inspection and requested that they be repaired, suchdisappointment does not equate to liability or wrongdoing on the part of Pacific VillageApartments.On June 23, 2015, Pacific Village Apartments discussed the inspection's findings withResident, in which she agreed to pay $for the linen closet doors and $for the bedroomdoorShe also acknowledged that she will need to pay for the broken closet doorsWe willcontinue to work with Resident to help ensure that she pays for the required repairs and that theyget completedTo this end, Resident may contact the staff at Pacific Village Apartments anytime at (*** ***.If you have any questions or need any additional information, please do not hesitateto contact meAll rights and remedies reserved.Very truly yours,*** ***Associate General Counsel

Review: The establishment is a apartment complex, the issue is that the manager of this apartment complexes , harrasses the tenants some with health issue or disabilities . Me being one I have mental disability ,arthritis , and anxiety . The manager has been threating and harrassing my family by threating that she will kick my family out or saying that she will report us to section 8 . The tenant downstairs has a daughter that has asthma, she mention this to the manager. so the manager still knowing this and the tenant pleed them NOT fumigate. They still proceed to do it.Desired Settlement: Please someone replacement
