I had placed an order with this company in February After receiving my order I had noticed it was defective I emailed the "support team" and heard absolutely nothing back from anyone I have sent 4-emails

I ordered a pair of gym pants from this company on 4//2017, advertised on facebook, as I hit submit, and I look at my bank statement, it showed the pants for $24.95, which was right, but then they had added other items one for $the other $14.95, I emailed the company within min of this order to cancel, after a few days they said I would have to pay 25% cancel fee,I told them I wanted my money back since they didnt do the transaction right, after about emails I still have no refund or merchandise, they send me emails saying we will contact you in hrs...I dont know who to turn to, I have asked what bank they used, still no answers

I placed an order for a product back on a April 5, 2017, the money was taken Out of my accountAfter almost a month I still had not received my order, so I contacted the company by e-mail about itThey informed me that their computer system was messed up and they didn't know which orders were correct or notI asked for my money to be refunded, because I was no longer interested in the productThe tech told me that there was a refun charge but the manager was going to waive the fee and refund my moneyIt's been weeks and my money still has not been refunded to my acctI contacted the company by e-mail again last week about my refund and I was told that there was an issue with their bank accountI would just like for my money to be refunded

I placed an order on this site April 4, I have not received any tracking information regarding my order I have been unable to get a response from customer service I have sent emails The site doesn't have a number available to speak with a representative which is absolutely awfulAt this point I feel like I have been scammed My back card has been charged for this order(#5023) I am very disappointed in how this purchase has turned out*** ***

I made a $purchase online from this companyTo date I have not received my purchase but have received multiple emails saying there are delivery issues and it's being processedRequested a refund and they still haven't responded to my requestIt has been a month since purchase but they continue to say it will arrive in 2-weeksWould like my money refunded as I no longer want the purchase
Feel they falsely advertise and are a fraudulent company scamming people
