My experience w/this company is surreal. I purchased a prepaid parking voucher online from [redacted], which is a very good site, for 3 hours of parking at their garage at [redacted] on 03/**/16. I drove in and pulled up to the STOP sign. I existed and asked the attendant if he wanted to see my voucher now or when I left. He went on about something which was unintelligible and started shouting at me. I asked his name. He didn't response. I took his photo and he went berserk. He raised his fists to me, shouted shouting and running around the garage, tor up my claim ticket and told me to get the [redacted] out of garage. I had no time for his craziness and was actually frightened of him so I left my keys on the driver's seat and left.
I returned about 90 minutes later w/a police escort, which made the lunatic behave, I think, handed in the voucher and left. I later discovered major physical damage to my car.
I wrote the business's manager about this by e-mail and certified mail, return receipt, and have never had any response. I am following up w/my atty and have filed a complaint w/the NYC Dept of Consumer Affairs, which licenses parking garages.
I am ** year-old, [redacted] and hardly a threat to anyone. This was a horribly painful experience and I encourage all driers to avoid this company like the plague. Encountering and being threatened w/bodily harm is a very unpleasant experience.
