Review: On Friday, 10/**/2014 I printed a coupon for a 24 hour stay for $20 from the Imperial Parking systems website, [redacted]. It specifically stated that the coupon was valid until around 6:30 pm on 11/**/2014. I parked my car at the their garage, at 6:30 PM on 10/**/2014, located at [redacted]. I returned to pick up my car promptly at about 3:30 PM the following day and presented the printed online coupon. I was immediately told that the coupon was not valid and would have to pay the full price of $30.00 dollars. I explained the aforementioned to the attendants but was told there was nothing they could do for me. I attempted to contact the company main office via email and phone to no avail.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to honor the website coupon as stated and offer me a $10.00 refund.



I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.


Review: Charge me $ 25.00 for ( 1 ) Hour parking which was supposed to be $16. Desired Settlement: Refund me $9 for overcharge

Review: Reserved a Zipcar at the Imperial Parking Garage at [redacted] around 12pm today. I called the garage one hour ahead of time as instructed to make sure the car would be available and was told it would be. I arrived at noon and was told the car was not there. It was not made clear where it was. As a favor, I asked to borrow the parking garage's phone to call Zipcar to resolve the issue since I did not have cell phone service. I was given the phone by one attendant and another attendant came over and took the phone from me and very rudely said I couldn't use it. I asked to speak to his supervisor and was told that he was the supervisor. I asked to speak to his supervisor since he was clearly unable to help me. He then told me to leave the garage as he continued to help other guests. I asked again if he could provide me the number for a supervisor and he again said to get out of the garage. I then left the garage and found a contact number for the company. I asked to lodge a complaint with someone and was connected to a different number and was asked to leave a voicemail. I called back and was told to again leave a voicemail with someone who's voicemail message only says his name and does not identify him as anyone employed by the company.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology from the attendant who was working at this location at 12pm today so he does not think he can speak to clients the way he did. He is clearly unable to resolve anything other than the simplest of issues and needs proper training both in how to operate the garage and in customer service.

Review: Dropped off car for three hours while going to an event. Told the attendant 3 times that you cannot leave the keys in the vehicle because the car automatically locks and the windows will automatically shut and the alarm will be activated. The attendant assured us this would not be a problem. When we returned 3 hours later the keys were locked in the vehicle and it was my responsibility to get them out. Attendant was extremely rude when I requested I get my money back and even stated " [redacted] are always greedy about money". I even have him on video tape making that claim. Im extremly disappointed with their services and feel I should have been refunded my money. I had to damage my vehicle with the use of a screwdriver and a coat hanger to get to my keys. The least they should of done was refund my payment.Desired Settlement: Full cash refund and apology from attendant for horrible behavior.



At this time, I have not been contacted by Imperial Parking Systems regarding complaint ID [redacted].
