I cancelled my company insurance on or about 01/14/2020 - Told by Jared an insurance broker that I would receive $2,436.75. Here is my log: Check for $2,436.75 Insure It All - Contact Jared 208-522-3380 - Last contact 2/7/2020 Answer 45 days from 1/14/2020 45 days is 2/27/2020 - Call on 2/26/2020 at 9:02 left a message for jared for a call back. At 14:11 I called back and Jared did not answer, and spoke with Gared - he stated he will inform Jared and if Jared do not call back in and hour to call him again. Called on 3/2/2020 at 14:25 spoke with Jared. Now stating problem between the Insurance company and the finance company. information on Voice mail emailed to ***. 3/11/2020 call for a status. 4/2/2020 Kay funds received on 3/13/2020 but not posted until 3/25/2020 and Kay stated it is now a 10 day hold period, but she is going to call and try and get them released today 4/2/2020.

On 4/7/2020 I received a check for 1,010.97 shorted by $1,425.78.
