Hi,I've been tasked by the owner of the company to research not only what has transpired, but to resolve the problem.I will be reviewing the various emails and technician notes Once that is complete, I'll reach out to the customer directly to resolve the issue related to their service concerns and the lawn.Next contact should take place early next week.Regards,Jeff
