We feel the two months reimbursement is fair because we weren't given a chance to refuse a new tank or have a partial fill-up or none at all, because they went ahead and did these things without our knowledge or authorization. Even though they said they were holding back two months of our tank rental, we feel that it's only right to reimburse us because of the hassle and stress and time it has caused us.
