My reply is very simpleAs the customer stated in the first complaint we have always treated them well until this problemThe last time we saw this car was for an oil change in January We have heard nothing from this customer until this recent accusationWe did not cause the problemHad the customer been willing to wait for my mechanic we probably would have been able to fix the problem for them anyway (it is a very minor problem) Unfortunately they couldn't wait and were completely unreasonableWe do not want to continue business them at this point
Dynamite Auto Sales was suppose to respond on Monday August 28, during their hours of operation ( a.m- p.m.) about our concerns we had about our vehicle and prior conversation from SaturdayWe received no call from either management and mechanics the whole day.My wife called them today and spoke with the same manager as before Selena and was told that due to us filing a complaint through you that her general manager thought it would be "best to parts ways" with usThen the general manager, Mark, called my wife later on in the day and told her that he didn't believe our claimsCalling them accusations and saying that his staff would never speak to a customer like that.Basically, I feel that they know they damaged my vehicle and are now just trying to weasel their way out of correcting their own mistake
It's unfortunate that we have to defend ourselves from accusations such as thisAll I can say is to look at all of our satisfied customers/reviews and weigh that against these claims
The fact is that no matter what parties that she is claiming to tell her that this car is an salvage title, it isn't a salvage titleNor has it ever been a salvage titleShe states that she can provide documents of "claims" but not factsIt is unfortunate that Mrs*** is still not happy but there is nothing else we can do with this matter
I have pulled the paperwork and reviewed this deal. This car does not have a salvage title now or when we sold it. Furthermore I pulled a current title report from the company we use (Autocheck) and it does not even show a minor accident. As a licensed dealer in Arizona we a required to disclose any...
vehicle we sell that has a salvage title. We are aware of this and comply fully with it. It is unfortunate that Mrs. [redacted] feels the way that she does but she has obviously been given some bad information. We wish her well.

My vehicle has no vin# visible which is indicative of a salvage. It was brought to my attention when I tried trading in my vehicle for a newer model at [redacted]. In fact my vehicle was involved in a car accident prior to me purchasing the vehicle . Last year I had my alternator replaced. I was informed that my car did not have original honda parts by an employee of the auto body repair shop also indicative of it being obviously repaired prior to me purchasing the vehicle from Dynamite as I have never been in an accident in said vehicle. I can provide documents of such claims by all parties mentioned above if necessary.
