It is the policy of Royal Cleaners that we are not responsible for the condition of items left over daysThe drop off ticket is dated 8-5-and the pick up date was 9-11-We followed the care instructions on the label of the shirt and the request of Mr. *** (to wash and press the
shirt)Occasionally there is a manufacturers color issueWe have advised Mr.*** to contact the seller and/ or manufacturer to find out if they can replace it as a color issueHe has refused to contact themWe take great care of garments dropped off to our facilityThis is why we have managed to successfully service the Greenville area for 80+ yearsWe hate that this happened to his item, however, we do not feel it is our fault as all instructions were followed exactly

First, I was never informed to seek reimbursement from the manufacturer of the shirt and they keeping stating that I picked up the shirt on different dates I will not dispute that I picked up shirts on 9/that had been left over days (see attached picture of shirt tags) However, this shirt was paid for on 8/6/and never taken out of the bag until 9/due to it being long sleeve and only worn with suites The cleaner refuses to listen to that rational and even stated that I picked up the shirt on 9/17, the date I returned it to be fixed If they would simple look at the original tag and the date it was picked up they would see their mistake I don't have supporting documents to that affect but this picture clearly shows the shirt tags left over days and the blue shirt isn't included.
Simply ask about tag*** and you will find that charge on 9/ The cost of the shirt is the major issue

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and have determined that this does resolve my complaint; however, I would like clarification on the cost of the test and who will be conducting the analysis.  I would request a neutral site for the analysis.  
Also, when I returned the shirt the original white sheet was still attached to the clear bag and the button hole tag was still in place.  Furthermore, I don't have possession of the shirt and hope that[redacted] can locate.
