Mrs*** asked us to bid the trees at *** *** ***, ***, *** ***We bid he job on 5/ 19/

accepted our proposal and scheduled her tree removal to remove maple right of house, haul wood, flush cut stump for $ which is a fair and reasonable price with the access to tree on 5/19/from the driveway, up to the garage within 50' of the tree.
When our crew arrived on August 12, there was a new concrete driveway at the residence installed between the time we bid the job and she scheduled, and therefore; we could not do the job as we originally bid, up close to the treeWe then discussed that we could use our crane if Mrs*** permitted us access on her newly poured concrete driveway and sent her have a waiver form Mrs*** opted not to sign the waiver form, which we understand, as there was a new concrete driveway installed between the time We bid the tree on May 18, and August 12, 2014, this however changed the access of this tree
We explored two different options to access the treeThe first involved coming up the neighbor's driveway and using plywood and setting up in the yard This was not possible due to the slope of the yardThe second was to climb the tree and remove it by hand and using ropes and chucking the wood downThis was not
possible due to the proximity of the tree to the houses We called Mrs*** on September 4, to notify her know that we could not do the job without placing a crane on the drivewayShe then said she would find another company we could not do the jobWe were not given the opportunity to re-biding using an outside crane company
We always hold the customer and their property in the highest regard and we ?nd this situation unfortunateHowever we are not responsible for the events that occurred that change the access to the treeThis is and has always been about getting as close to the tree as possible whiie maximizing the safety of our workers

The response from Imperial Tree is untrue! They never said verbally or in the proposal they needed the use of the drivewayI and our neighbors signed WAIVERS FOR THE TREE LAWN as we we told the crane they have would reach from the tree lawnWhy would we need to consider other options when they are the ones who said the tree lawn is an option????? No one came out in person to check this was in fact true and a realistic possibility. In addition, I've never seen a waiver for the use of the new driveway, it was never presented to meWhy would I need a waiver for the driveway when they assured me the crane would reach from the tree lawn (I have copies of the tree lawn waivers Which were faxed on 8/6/only days prior to the scheduled job!)Lastly, they were given ample opportunity to make this correctI made several calls and said IN CONJUNCTION with their attempt to make this work, I HAD to find someone else since they now claimed they could not and would not do this job! They told me to call *** *** and refused me as a customer I was blatantly TOLD THEY WOULD NOT HIRE AN OUTSIDE CRANE company and I was laughed at for this idea! Very dishonestEverything is documentedI worked very closely with ***
