Review: I received a horribly deceptive direct mail piece from this dealership. It basically gives you a key with an opportunity to 'Scratch and Win' but the wording is so sly that it gives them the ability to say you didn't win the car even though that is what you revealed in your game piece. I called in for clarification and this just smacked of bait and switch, that I felt compelled to report it is a manipulative practice, especially for those who are more vulnerable.Desired Settlement: I think Imperio Kia should mail an apology to everyone that they sent this promotion to. The residents in our community deserve better, and I believe will respond better to a more ethical sales approach. Thank you.
