Review: I purchased a car over a year ago, which I was offered security plus and maintenance plus. Which I was told I can cancel any time, and a month after I purchased the car I went back to the office seeking to cancel the offer of the insurance. I was told it will take up to 90 days for it cancel it's been over a year and nothing has been done, iv'e been talking to [redacted] and [redacted] in the financial office also been calling them numerous times and nothing has been resolved. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciatedDesired Settlement: My desired outcome would be that I get refunded for the months that I thought were canceled but continued to pay for the insurance and also that my bill gets adjusted.

Review: hello, I bought a certified 2009 Nissan cube on 03/08/2015. They sold the car to me in a fraudulent way because they sold the car without any documentation, 3 months ago the dmv sent me a letter saying that I couldn't drive the car because there was an incomplete registration,( I don't think that I have to pay the bank for a vehicle I cant use) I went to the dmv to investigate costing me about 5 days off work, completing the documentation that the dealer should have done, finally it didn't get me anywhere because the previous title is missing. Finally I contacted [redacted] who was in charge of the procedure and at the same time I spoke with a manager by the name of [redacted], who told me that the dealer did not have the title, and he ([redacted]) told me to wait 30 days while he would get the title from Arizona, 40 days have already passed and I tried contacting them but they ignore my messages, I just want a reasonable solution to my problem or the full refund, I really want to avoid going to court, thank you so muchDesired Settlement: I just want a reasonable solution to my problem or the full refund
