I contacted Imperio Nissan in response to an advertised vehicle, which they posted through TrueCar.com. The price was very good on this 2014 Altima, so I contacted them right away. I was informed that unfortunately, the vehicle was loaned to another dealer. Two days later, I received another email stating the vehicle was ready for me to test drive. I called the dealer to verify this and the sales rep indicated the auto email notification should not have gone out. He investigated and stated that the vehicle should not have been advertised as it was in need of work and not available for sale. Overall bad experience and questionable sales tactics.

Review: I purchased a 2014 Nissan Leaf in May 2015. It has been five months and I have not revived my license plates or registration from DMV. For the past month I have been working with [redacted] the Imperio DMV Clerk and still have no plates. In the past week I have left three voice mail messages for [redacted] and have not been called back. Also, I paid off the car in full in early July and have not received my title. In addition when I purchased the car I was told that they could only find one key fob that a second would be made and sent to me.Desired Settlement: I have not received anything from this dealership and would like to return the car for a full refund. Let me know when I can drop it off and collect my check.
