Complaint - No refund will be issued. Efforts to find a peaceful resolution to this dispute have failed. The Revdex.com policy does not allow slanderous complaints to be withdrawn once officially submitted. The services received on 12/28/2017 included furnace failure diagnosis and partial repair. Severe maintenance neglect caused filter material and dirt to block the evaporator coil. The furnaces high temperature safety cut-off switch tripped several times during diagnosis. Combined with a high duct static pressure reading and visible filth on the evaporator prompted its cleaning. The blower motor capacitor was under the required mfd value and was replaced free of charge. The technician needed to access the 1st floor to search for possibly restricted vent openings. Access was denied. The customer and technician agreed to remove the blower cover to supply emergency heat during the extreme cold until access was available and the service could be rescheduled for completion. The customer received a discounted hourly rate and a capacitor free of charge. The customer’s attempts to reach the company over the holiday weekend were unsuccessful and no messages were left by the customer. On 1/1/2018 the customer filed their complaint.
