Imperium Sales

This is a complaint against Imperium Sales and its part owner Oscar G. Based on the information this company offered on line, I purchased 2580 Tritton Kama game headph00ones, total of S17,768. This company delivered 250 units on Jan.17,2020 and 960 units on Jan.20, 2020. After that I tried to find when they can deliver the balance of the order by calling the person in charge, Oscar G, almost everyday. Oscar kept telling me that he will deliver in a few days, but no delivery ever showed up. He continued to give me excuses for the delay. However, no delivery up to now. I paid for the entire order since Jan 14, 2020, and was promised by Oscar that he will deliver in full by Jan. 20, 2020. Now he is not taking my call or answering my text messages or email. He seems to be disappeared. I reported this matter to the Fountain Valley police dept where Imperium Sales claimed to have an office in Fountain Valley. The police took this case as a complaint of grand theft and started investigations. The police suspect the company address in Fountain Valley is a false address, and the company Imperium Sales is not a real business.
Oscar G also said to own another business named *** out of Chino Hills, at ***, phone number ***. I called this company trying to locate Oscar. They first took my call then hung up. When I call again, no answer. Both the Fountain Valley Police and I believe Imperium Sales and *** are fraudulent business engaging in preying on other small business.
