We were in a very stressful situation, no hot water for 10 days with 6 people living in the house. Impetus was recommended to us on a Friday afternoon and Terence contacted me the next day, Saturday, gave me a quote and promised me we will have hot water by the end of the day Monday, and we did. First thing Monday morning, Jason, Darryl and Jeremy, an helper, came to install the new Navien, hooked it up to the existing air handler and redid all the necessary piping and connections. Those guys were amazing: professional, polite, efficient and friendly. And they took the time to answer all our questions. I will definitely use them again for all our future plumbing and heating needs. I highly recommend them.
