I am rejecting this response because: They are also requesting to have the core because they want to put it together with other parts and give that back to meI have a responsibility to my customers and time frame to finish my jobThey already have both engines and they have my moneySo at this point I want my refund and money back

Review: He sold me a bad engine for 2006 [redacted] V6 3.5 Dated 8/04/13. First, he delivered a bad engine and I returned it. Secondly, he asked me to pick up another engine which he claimed to be from his [redacted]. I trusted him and took his word for it, and confidently installed the 2nd engine to my customer [redacted]. After installation, found that 2nd engine was even worse, because water pump housing was cracked really bad. This 2nd engine was garbage and no way fix it. Finally, I returned it.Desired Settlement: I requested money back and at this end I want labor too because of the time wasted because of his misrepresentation and dealing in bad faith. He can never be trusted in this kind of business.

Attached is a 2nd letter from a lawyer I consulted. We sent two (2) letters, was just injured totally. I attached it for your information.

I want to refund my money in the amount of $1,700. Please see attached invoice plus labor installation cost in the amount of $1,250.00. Total amount of claim is $2,900.00.
