Review: In May 2015 I went to the establishment for an oil & filter change. Shortly after I noticed an unusual odor coming from the engine compartment and pools of oil on the ground. On November 13 my wife took my truck to another place for an annual inspection. After noticing a pool of oil on the floor the tech checked my truck. While checking the tech found a large oil leak coming from a loose oil filter. Would like a refund of $55.58 for the May service AND $25.16 for the replacement oil filter and two quarts of oil.Desired Settlement: See last line of problem description.
