Sunday Feb 28th, I went to Urgent Care due to a UTII knew this was my issue because I had it previously a few years previouslyI simply wanted to be prescribed some antibioticsI asked the desk girl how much will this cost, she said probably plus the test costsOK I can handle that
After an hour of waiting I finally spoke with a nurse practitionerShe took a urine test as expectedShe asked if I had any sexual diseases, I told her noI'm married and my wife and are faithful for many yearsI showed her my previous bottle for antibiotics for UTII did get my prescriptionAfter a few days my condition worsened considerablyI went to another doctor on that Wednesday and discovered I was on the wrong prescriptionI never realized a UTI could get so bad, I was urinating about every minutes, round the clock, and when I did it felt like a knife was sticking meI was literally cryingI also started running a low grade fewer and my kidney started hurting so I think the infection spread to my kidneysFortunately after I so my new proper prescription I started slowly improving, then I got my bill from Carolina East
Here's the kicker, for ultimately not being helped, for waiting in a room alone for almost hours, for talking to a nurse practitioner for minutes, my bill from the Carolina East was $555.45, that's after my discount for being self payIt was actually $Yeah you read rightI complained to Carolina East but was told, hey sorry that's what it costsI was charged $for simply sitting in the room waiting for the nurseThey did a STD test in spite of me telling that I was 100% sure that's not what the issue wasIt's all a big HUGE rip off
It's a crazy world we live in and this is simply why our medical system is so screwed upI was told even if I went in for a simple sore throat, it would most likely cost this much, depending on the testsPlease think twice before going to Urgent Care and be prepared to pay dearly!

My wife took my [redacted] In to Cornwall Toyota today to have the drivers side window fixed. After 1 1/2 hr they told her it would cost Approx $768 to fix and did not have the parts. When she returned home with the truck, the first thing I noticed was the seal around the window was not put back in place. My wife also noticed it when she left the dealership. I took the truck back to the dealership and alerted them that it was not put back together right, as all the rain would now enter my door. After speaking to the service manager he told me his technican ([redacted]) said it came in like that. This is a total lie. So after arguing with two service managers I realized it was futile in talking any more as they already took the tech word over mine. I realize the window has to be fixed but I expected it to be put back the way I took it in and not made worse. Cornwall Toyota has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. PLEASE STAY AWAY

[redacted] is very professional and an honest business man. Trust his experience, knowledge, and will continue to do business with. When you find a good mechanic he is just as good as a good Dr.. [redacted]
