Import D Masters

On Feb 17,2014 my car was towed to Import Domestic Masters. I was told I needed an engine and my car would be ready by the 21st. They didn't start working on my car until 4 days later because their tow truck needed service and they were losing money. So, he repaired it first before starting on my car and as a courtesy he changed all my fluids, per [redacted] the owner. Well, late Feb 26 I paid $1,845.21 for repairs. Well, on the way home, the car stalled!!! I called the shop several times, but NO response. (this is typical) Finally I got the car towed back to them to have them fix what I paid for. Well long story short, I had to pay for another engine & charged for labor again even though there is a 30 day warranty. The owner was rude, had a temper tantrum by throwing things & shouting. Well, I was forced to pay an additional $730.00 & my car is running worst than it did when I first took it to them. They changed my transmission fluid (without my permission) every mechanic I have spoken w/said that you should NEVER change transmission fluid on a car w/high mileage because if will ruin the transmission!! I am out of repair cost & car rental for the 21 days they had my car. They refuse to compromise, negotiate, or credit on anything!!! PLEASE HELP!!
