We do not trust the technicians at ID to "repair" any thing on our subaru, any longerwe have to pay another service center to diagnose the issue(s) possibly caused by the camera installation, which after talking to subauru of america and three other dealerships plus the one in fort wayne, may have not been the problemThe rear view mirror may be the issue and not the harness or the camera
I waited because we do not have another car or had a way to get back to home or appoinmentsWe spent hours for waiting to be available for any diagnosis question and decision makingwe live on the other part of town and we did leave the car for over two days when we had access to another form of transportation for my familymy hours of waiting do matter as wellany other service department has recommended not going back to ID and taking it to a subaru dealershp to have the issue(s) diagnosed which we will be charged hourlyThe subaru of america will only acknowledge the dealerships diagnosis of any defect at this point or dealership will let us know what was installed incorrectlyThe subaru of america does not acknowledge the Import Doctors technicians
we need our funds to get the car diagnosed and repaired after three sessions with ID and the practice of not fixing the issueThe camera not functioning was the original issue at handThe fuse replacement was just a minor fix, which cost less than $Please advise on the next process

I will provide you here in the next couple business days with the information needed to locate my car as well as personal information needed to contact me
After your business takes care of these situations I for sure will be satisfied and we can put this behind us and go on about out lives

When I dropped the vehicle off the dash was assembled and I've stated this fact several times in emails and in my first complaint with the Revdex.comthis business knew what tasks needed to be done before they sent a texh of there's to only do half the jobThe import doctors agreed to reassemble my Dash and the other parts of the motor that were left in my backseat when I picked up the carI'm not understanding why now it's totally different than our agreement that was made a few weeks ago that they would fulfill now they're turning on their loyalty as a business and disrespecting me once againPoor customer relations poor customer service and poor work ethics on their part

WE REFUNED HIS 100% OF HIS MONEY AND SENT A MECHANIC TO KENDALVILLE AND REASSEMBLED MORE OF THE CAR THAN WE DISASSEMBLEDCAR CAME TO US AFTER ALREADY SOMEONE HAD STARTED WORKING ON ITWE HAVE DONE WHAT WE AGREED TO DOWE ARE DONE WITH THIS CAR
