Complaint[redacted] purchased a cutter on 3/2/13 Item was paid for and never delivered and for 13 weeks been told refund would be returned.on 3/2/13 [redacted] purchased a cutter [redacted] 76 Ser#XXXXXXX Invoice [redacted] From [redacted] with I&E Prinitng in the amount of $7,900.00 witch included for the cutter to be crated,loaded and shiped to new buyers location in Ca, after payment was sent in full was told cutter would be shipping within a week, after 3 weeks later cutter was never shiped and then found out [redacted] never own the cutter nor had the rights to sell the cutter, reason be' he never paid for the cutter from another print shop that is selling it, and did not have the rights to take our money if he did not own the cutter,at that time [redacted] told me he will get it paid for and ship the cutter and he would pay us $100.00 per week for the delay. after 5 weeks still no cutter and then Ed [redacted] said he would refund the money in full plus $100.00 per week back to us that day and many more days after that he would still same the same thing ( I am refunded your money today) it has been 13 weeks and still no refund and he has not responded to our calls our emails since the 5th week. we no longer need the cutter and are asking for help on getting our refund and stoping this person from doing this to others. We later found out in the printing world he has done this to so many other buyers and he is a lier and a thief and making a living by doing this.Desired Settlement I would like payment back in full plus of $7,900.00 and a $100.00 per week witch he promised for the delay of the cutter and know refund. I want this person to stop stealing from other buyers and action taking against him.
