Import Furniture Warehouse

Review: On september 4, 2013 I went to Import Furniture Warehouse to purchase a futton. I purchased the futton and paid on my [redacted] credit card $280.96. I was asked by the manager to get my car to pick up the futton. I arrived at the front door of the store to ppick up my futton and the manager told me that the futton was damaged. I got out of the vehicle to take a look at the futton and the bottom of the futton was ripped off. I told the manager I could not take an item like this and ask her to refund my money back on my credit card. she refused to refunding my money, arguing that the store has "no refund policy". I argued with her that the item never even left the store and was already damage and I could not pay for an item in that condition. To my shock she still refused to charge my money back on my credit card. She became aggressive and insulted me in front of my son. Therefore,I left the store with a charge of $280.96 and no futton. I am so confused and frustrated with the manager's behavior and basically I was robbed $280.96.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and a letter of apology from the store. The manager's behavior should not be acceptable.
