Review: I was looking online for a car, I landed on this businesses site, reading the description of the car of my liking they noted there were no problems with the car. I drove an hour to this dealership, I was reassured MANY times nothing was wrong with the car. Even as far as using a moral standpoint, using his kids to say how he wouldn't want his family to be riding around in a car that wasn't functioning correctly. I checked it myself for leaks, and other problems, I myself found nothing wrong. I pointed out that the air was not working (as the site indicated that it did), I also saw that the power steering fluid was low. I was told that this happened due to the car sitting, as well as the AC. This was at about 6pm. I drove it home, and to he movies the next day. Approximately 100 miles. I saw a leak under my car, when I called to tell them about it he didn't offer to fix it do to the fact that I bought it "as is". However, I was reassured MANY times nothing was wrong with it, and couldn't see the leak myself because there wasn't anything in it to leak. He told me I could bring it to him (an hour drive away) and he would fix it for about $100 "MAYBE". When I asked if he was going to charge me he said yes. When I told him I was just going to write a review because I felt this was unfair he hung up on me!! I had to get the car fixed myself, after paying $3,700 for the car I had o turn around to days later and pay $760 to get it fixed myself.

The previous owner was a non-smoker, which is a definite plus. It has also been meticulously maintained and we have the complete SERVICE HISTORY to prove it. This was the description on the site for the car. As you can see this is no where near accurate. The AC wasn't working, the window aren't tinted, the is no remote, ect...Desired Settlement: I think he should pay for AT LEAST half of the repair!

Review: This business advertises that their cars have been through a thorough inspection and that their cars have passed inspections and will pass in Maryland as well. The guy who sold me the car flashed the OBDII computer in the car that he sold me so that it would show no problems when in fact I had to spend nearly 2000 extra dollars just so that the car would pass inspections and be safe to drive on the road. No refund is available.Desired Settlement: I want this company to be held accountable for all of their false advertising claims
