I live almost 2 hours away from Plymouth and was interested in purchasing a car from a nearby dealership. I saw that Import Minded was a local repair shop and requested that they perform a pre-purchase inspection of a vehicle. [redacted] was extremely responsive and helpful and shared a lot of wise insight about the vehicle in question as well as my car search process as a whole.
Without Import Minded's advice I would have blindly bought a vehicle that had issues. Thanks to the great customer service I avoided making a 4 hour round trip and purchasing a car that wasn't what I expected it to be. Thanks again!
